P80 TALK: UNREALISTIC REQUESTS FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND THE WAR ON HOMEMADE GUNS

HOMEMADE GUNS USA

HOMEMADE GUNS USA *

SCENARIO:

A shooting happens. A person is shot and injured. They survive the attack and the police are now hunting down the murderer. They find a smoking gun on the scene and it has a serial number. However, this gun is not recorded on file to be owned by anyone, but it has been cross-referenced with a serial number of a weapon that was recently stolen from a delivery truck. How are we going to solve this crime?

Answer is, without any forensic, biometric, or photographic data, we can not.

I bring up this scenario in leu of the rising debates, new legislation, and new definitions concerning P80s or 80% Lower Receiver of fire arms.

First of all, let’s start on a high note with paying homage to the multi-medium pieces. In the 1980s, one of the first competitive polymer pistol was the Glock P80, so it’s only right we call these modern multi-medium pieces P80s.

The feared (by the government?) 80% lower is merely a part to a tool— comparable to a chassis of a vehicle. Lethality is impossible with a P80 such as the drivability of a chassis without building the car is impossible (you don’t have to register that too do you?). Unless you clobber someone to death with that chunk of material (metal or plastic) it is not usable.  However, that gets into the territory off demolishing someone’s face with a candle holder. A P80, alone, is a part of a firearm. A part of a firearm is an incomplete firearm. The treatment and regulation of a P80 needs to solely revolve around the above definition. I don’t mean to baby the definition, but some people out there need that… A wise woman once told me that poor people complicate what rich people simplify. Today, America runs into a speed bump through the poor spirit of complexity— trying to control something that can not be controlled.

It is impossible to regulate the manufacturing of something made in someones home.

A P80 in and of itself is not a firearm. However, President Biden and the AFT (as he likes to call it) have proposed a new law in attempt to redefine a P80 as a firearm requiring serialization, a background check, and a license to sell or buy one. Yet, In order for a P80 to be turned into a firearm, it has to (in many cases be machined and) assembled.

I believe the pursuit of this bill is a waste of assets and another distraction for us to focus on while this great empire is crumbling. Honestly, I don’t think some people in the Feds care about this country.

I started with the scenario above because the Fed’s rhetoric behind this bill is that we need more gun control to stop crime. Statistics have shown many times over that cities with tighter gun control laws have more gun problems. Its a weird catch 22… Unfortunately, though, this new definition will have no effect on criminal behavior (which they are ultimately trying to contest… right?)

Evil is always going to exist. Foreign or domestic. Criminals are going to get their hands on guns regardless. The only people that these laws will effect are people who abide by the law. All humans, American or not, need to have the right to defend and protect peace and freedom at all costs. America sets the tone, and we need to show the world a better independent example. We need to protect the right to even the playing field because the bad guys are never going to play fair. It’s not the government that’s going to stop the bad guys, its us. We are the Ghost Busters. It’s us who fill those positions. It us who pay these taxes. The government needs us. We don’t have to cooperate with anything we do not want to do.

P80s, for law abiding citizens, are stocking gifts from our wives and siblings. Cheap, inoperable, hunks of metal that any weapons enthusiast / gun nut ( I hate double speak) could make something cool out of. Some of us hobbyists and marksman are quite artistic and may even use lower receivers as art pieces. Most importantly, as US citizens, we have the right to build weapons at home for personal use. It is a right and not a privilege. Right now, they’re using rare and staged mass shootings to try and sway public opinion through fear-based propaganda tactics. However, I notice it and so do many other smart individuals who live in this country and are active online; Even you— the person reading this- has a feeling that something weird is goin on and these muhfukahs aint tellin us everything. So, as much as Biden and the ATF want to control us, they can’t and they never will.

Also, the constitution states that if something is in use by the majority of people the government can not control it. The government should, however, figure out other ways to serve us and participate in money making with us off of the recreation and defensive/offensive purposes of guns. When this country started, it was our privately owned firearms that protected and manifested the independence of this country. It is in our DNA to be able to protect our freedom.

P80s, for the most part, are additional firearms that are usually kept at home or used in private settings for sport and leisure activity. Additionally, the right to defend your home should be universally recognized. And if you’re going to use your homemade fire arm to do it, there should be no debate or questions about it. Additionally, it should be respected that we can build ANYTHING. However, I don’t mind figuring out how to create legislation to meet everyone in the middle when it comes to public use of firearms for self-defense. First rule simple, no automatic weapons— liability reasons. Second *suggested* rule, make sure that the weapon you are using for edc is registered under your name. Serialization and registration should always be free and It should always be a choice. Now if someone wants to stack cards against them in the case they do end up in court, that’s on them.

We’re registering guns on our iPhones in today’s age. Its free. It takes less than thirty seconds. Now, serialization of P80s should be used as a tool solely to protect gun owning citizens from theft and malfunction. If we communicate the fact that a homemade firearm was stolen, it should be easier to track now that it is serialized. Furthermore, serialization should be used for trouble shooting malfunctions— pretty self-explanatory. In a futuristic-minority-report-sense serialization can be used in creating a system of good faith/ Good Samaritan for our census. For example, when a government is scanning biometric data on a piece of evidence for criminals, they’ll see that someone has no criminal history and 12 self-registered guns and then they’ll notice another suspect has with a wild criminal history and no registered guns. This information may be useful/crucial when needed to help solve crimes.

Also, the fact that someone would let the government know they own these things should mayyyyyybe just fucking maybe let the government think that they can trust this person. Maybe even call on that person in a time of crisis. Because HIGH-FUCKING-KEY, that’s what 99.9% of the good guys are here to do. We aren’t here to start wars, we just intend to finish them. We intend to keep our families and neighbors safe.

For statistics/data purposes, suggested self-serialization would help to know what people like to buy so governments can use that information to build more infrastructure and create more jobs. *SIDENOTE* If we are going to make it out of the recession and wars (financial, political, social, militaristic, etc.) on top, we are going to need to be productive— Best said by Ray Dalio. People are going to need to be paid and opportunity equal. For ex. More staff at outdoor parks, More shooting ranges, Lazer tag, anything— literally. More XYZ for whatever that thing is that they see the majority of people have/like to participate in.

The New Gun laws make me think of the prohibition of alcohol… But yeah, the census part of things can also be used, again, for time of crisis. If SHTF and the government needed a militia, they can better determine where to send troops. “We need less troops in this area because we have a thousand militia men here holding it down.”— type vhybes. However, this also is assuming that we can trust the government. I just thought, the government could also use this information to target those people in a case of martial law to try and make sure they take out their strongest targets before trying to execute whatever sinister plan they may have in mind. This information can be used for good or for harm. The way we keep it good is to minimize our vulnerabilities in the government (eliminate all corrupt employees).

What it looks like is: the government notices Americans being Americans (loving guns) and just wants a cut in EVERYONE’s business. The Feds are in debt and they might be going to war. They tryna pull money from every corner possible. However, private shit gone be private shit especially when the (supposedly public and democratic) government is always up to private shit and likes to outsource private shit. Do not forget— everyone who chooses a position in government to serve American Citizens are PUBLIC SERVANTS.

All in All, this is honestly a very complex scenario, but it is easy to find a proper solution. Especially when it was written a couple hundred years ago.
