GENIUS FREQUENCY: KANYE WEST TRADEMARKS SPIRITGEAER LOGO LOOK-A-LIKE

Hey Whatsup TSB readers? We don’t have too much information on the background of this story, but the fact is that Mascotte Holdings, Inc. has Trademarked a logo that looks eerily similar to the signature GEAR SPIRITGEAR logo. Mascotte Holdings is supposedly owned by Kanye West. To me, this is a good and a bad thing. On one hand, I know (even more) I’m “HIM” and my favorite artist thinks my ideas are dope. Yet on the other, my favorite artist is trying to steal my logo. I created and have been building an identity with this logo under the contexts of fashion and music for over 2 years now. Fundamentally, this is a classist David vs Goliath battle— I mean where do you even start right? You got a couple thousand they got a couple billion… Other brands have commented on posts saying that their logos are similar, but what Kanye is trying to do looks identical to mine, and I am not about to pay this mans to use my own logos. I don’t need anyone thinking of anything besides ALLAHMODE when they see it. There’s no way we just happened to come up with the same thing… It’s like submitting an apple with two bites and saying you’re about to create a new computer company. It don’t work like that (Ethically at least). 

For now, as believers, supporters, and fans,  just keep spreading the work and the word. I’ll go harder and we’ll see what we can do on our end to rectify the issue. Hopefully this is all one big misunderstanding… and the unofficial crowning of ALLAHJOSEPH as “HIM”. Regardless, these ideas come from my mind and I have a lot more of them that can be executed/no one will do it like me.
