MALEXA PROJECT IV

New work! Italian-American designer, Martina Bale, has another piece for people looking for killer heels. In her most recent project, we’re, again, feeling the spirit of the summer months as the mesh-toed heeled sandal screams brunch on a pacific island being finished in a Baby Goku colorway. This shoe marks an interesting adaptation from the prior piece— this time showing a bit more skin but covering the toes in a sexy leather fishnet mesh. Being her second pair of shoes, ever, we’d like to commend her for having a much cleaner finish than the first pair, and for working the same silhouette in such a creative way it seems as if she has created a drastically new product. Again, we see this being a clutch piece for the more experimental woman as it totes the elegant form of a relaxed heel up until the arch of the shoe but is finished in a more robust angular manner giving the shoe somewhat of a modernized 70s sophisticated-fun feel. With each strike, she declares her position— defining the new classic. Check out more of her work here.
